서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 UriUs(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

1. "서비스"란 UriUs가 제공하는 위치 기반 소셜 체크인 모바일 애플리케이션 및 관련 서비스를 말합니다.
2. "이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
3. "게시물"이란 이용자가 서비스에 게시한 사진, 텍스트, 숨겨진 메시지 등을 말합니다.
4. "체크인"이란 이용자가 특정 위치의 격자(50m×50m)에서 수행하는 위치 확인 행위를 말합니다.
5. "서포트"란 이용자 간 팔로우 관계를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

1. 본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 적용일자 7일 전부터 서비스 내 공지합니다.
3. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (서비스 가입)

1. 서비스 가입은 Apple 또는 Google 계정을 통한 소셜 로그인으로 이루어집니다.
2. 본 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있으며, 만 14세 미만은 가입이 제한됩니다.
3. 가입 시 서비스 이용약관, 개인정보 처리방침, 위치기반서비스 이용약관에 대한 동의가 필요합니다.

제5조 (서비스의 내용)

회사가 제공하는 서비스는 다음과 같습니다:

1. 위치 기반 체크인: 현재 위치의 격자에서 체크인 수행
2. 게시물 작성: 사진과 공개/숨겨진 텍스트를 포함한 게시물 작성
3. 숨겨진 메시지: 해당 격자에서 체크인한 이용자에게만 공개되는 콘텐츠
4. 스토리: 서포팅하는 이용자의 최근 24시간 이내 게시물 조회
5. 소셜 기능: 다른 이용자 서포트(팔로우), 방명록 작성
6. 푸시 알림: 새 서포터, 방명록 메시지 알림

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:

1. 타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 수집, 저장, 공개하는 행위
2. 음란, 폭력, 혐오, 차별적 내용의 게시물을 작성하는 행위
3. 타인을 비방, 모욕, 위협하는 내용의 게시물 또는 방명록을 작성하는 행위
4. 저작권 등 타인의 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위
5. 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
6. 허위 위치정보를 이용하여 서비스를 부정하게 이용하는 행위
7. 영리 목적의 광고, 스팸을 게시하는 행위
8. 관련 법령에 위반되는 행위

제7조 (게시물의 관리)

1. 이용자가 작성한 게시물의 저작권은 해당 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
2. 이용자는 서비스에 게시물을 게시함으로써 다른 이용자가 해당 게시물을 서비스 내에서 조회할 수 있도록 허락한 것으로 봅니다.
3. 회사는 제6조를 위반하는 게시물에 대해 사전 통지 없이 삭제 또는 비공개 처리할 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자는 자신의 게시물을 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제7조의2 (부적절한 콘텐츠 및 학대 행위에 대한 무관용 정책)

회사는 다음 사항에 대해 무관용 정책(Zero-Tolerance Policy)을 시행합니다.

• 제6조에서 금지하는 부적절한 콘텐츠(음란·폭력·혐오·차별·괴롭힘·위협·스팸 등)
• 다른 이용자에 대한 학대, 모욕, 비방, 신상 공개, 성적 괴롭힘 행위
• 신고가 접수된 콘텐츠는 24시간 이내에 검토하며, 위반이 확인된 경우 사전 통지 없이 삭제됩니다.
• 위반 이용자의 계정은 사전 통지 없이 영구 정지되거나 삭제될 수 있으며, 재가입이 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 이용자는 부적절한 이용자를 차단(Block)하여 해당 이용자의 콘텐츠 노출 및 접촉을 차단할 수 있습니다.
• 신고 및 차단 기능을 통해 본인을 보호할 수 있으며, 신고는 onensix23@gmail.com 으로도 접수 가능합니다.

제8조 (서비스 이용 제한)

1. 회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.
2. 이용 제한 시 회사는 이용자에게 그 사유와 기간을 통지합니다.
3. 이용자는 이용 제한에 대해 이의신청을 할 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 검토하여 처리합니다.

제9조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

1. 회사는 운영상, 기술상의 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경할 수 있습니다.
2. 서비스의 중단이 필요한 경우 7일 전에 공지합니다. 다만, 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우 사후 공지할 수 있습니다.
3. 회사는 무료로 제공되는 서비스에 대해 별도의 보상 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제10조 (계정 탈퇴)

1. 이용자는 언제든지 서비스 내 설정을 통해 계정을 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
2. 탈퇴 시 이용자의 게시물, 방명록, 체크인 기록 등 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
3. 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

제11조 (면책조항)

1. 회사는 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 이용자가 서비스에 게시한 정보의 정확성, 신뢰성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.
3. 이용자 간의 분쟁에 대해 회사는 개입할 의무를 지지 않습니다.

제12조 (준거법 및 관할)

1. 본 약관의 해석 및 분쟁 해결에 관하여는 대한민국 법률을 적용합니다.
2. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using UriUs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UriUs is a location-based social check-in mobile application that allows users to:

• Check in at locations using a 50m×50m grid system
• Create posts with photos, public text, and hidden messages
• Discover hidden messages visible only after checking in at the corresponding grid location
• View stories from supported users within the last 24 hours
• Support (follow) other users and leave guestbook messages
• Receive push notifications for new supporters and guestbook messages

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. Users under 14 are not permitted to use the Service.

4. Account Registration

1. Accounts are created through Apple or Google Sign-In.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. You must agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Location-Based Service Terms upon registration.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Post content that is obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
2. Collect or disclose other users' personal information without consent
3. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
4. Use location spoofing or other methods to fraudulently use the Service
5. Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
6. Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
7. Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. User Content

1. You retain ownership of content you create on the Service.
2. By posting content, you grant the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content to other users within the Service.
3. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
4. The Service may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
5. You may delete your own content at any time.

6-A. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the following:

• Objectionable content prohibited under Section 5 (obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, spam, etc.)
• Abusive behavior toward other users, including insults, defamation, doxxing, and sexual harassment
• Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and confirmed violations are removed without prior notice.
• Accounts of users found in violation may be permanently suspended or terminated without prior notice, and re-registration may be restricted.
• Users may block abusive accounts to prevent the display of their content and any direct contact.
• Reports may also be submitted to onensix23@gmail.com for additional escalation.

7. Location Data

1. The Service requires access to your device's location to function.
2. Location data is processed on your device and converted to grid coordinates before being sent to our servers.
3. Precise GPS coordinates are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after a set period (see Privacy Policy).
4. You may withdraw location consent at any time through Settings, which will disable post creation.

8. Service Modifications

1. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
2. We will provide 7 days' notice before significant changes or discontinuation when possible.
3. The Service is provided free of charge, and no compensation is owed for modifications or discontinuation.

9. Account Termination

1. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
2. Upon deletion, all your posts, guestbook messages, check-in history, and profile data will be permanently removed.
3. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
4. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
2. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
3. We are not responsible for disputes between users.
4. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure events or system failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

13. Changes to Terms

Users will be notified of changes through the Service at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Contact
